When purchase orders are processed via SAP® ERP and its corresponding purchasing module, supplementary documents—such as technical drawings, bills of materials, CAD exchange files (e.g., DXF or STEP), general terms and conditions, quality requirements, or shipping instructions—are not automatically generated. Instead, they must either be printed manually from the PDM/PLM system or provided via a separate process. PURCHASE ORDERS+ for SAP purchase orders by Advanced Software automates these workflows and offers additional key features and conveniences for managing purchase orders.

Automatically process order confirmations for SAP®

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS+ from Advanced Software compares every incoming order confirmation with the corresponding purchase order in your SAP® system. If there are no discrepancies, the order confirmation can be filed automatically without user intervention. If discrepancies are detected, ORDER CONFIRMATIONS+ reliably displays them in a central incoming log using a clear traffic-light system.

Automatically archive delivery notes in SAP®

With DELIVERY NOTES+ from Advanced Software, delivery notes are automatically and reliably matched to the correct SAP® purchase order and automatically archived in the SAP system. This eliminates the bulk of the manual work previously required for handling delivery notes.
