If you want to report a software problem for techdocpro, please take the following steps:
- Open the TDP-Kiwi.
- Select the failed job.
- Öffnen Sie in der Menüleiste das Menü „Auftrag“ oder mit der rechten Maustaste das Kontextmenü. Open the menu "order" in the menu bar, or open the context menu with the right mouse button.
- Select „Testbericht erstellen/bearbeiten“.
- Fill in the test report form and submit the report-Zip automatically or manually to supportadvanced-softwarede
- The email containing the report is then automatically added as a new ticket to our HelpDesk.
